Gary L. Gallo, M.D.
Dr. Gallo attended the Quillen School of Medicine at East Tennessee State University, where he attained his M.D. degree. He completed a 3 year residency in Family Practice at Latrobe Hospital, in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and is Board Certified in the specialty of Family Medicine.
Jacquelyn H. Clark, MD, MBA
Jacki joins us after recently completing a 3 year Family Practice Residency program at UPMC St. Margaret’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. She is a 2018 graduate of the Penn State College of Medicine and is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Her training provided emphasis on Hospital Medicine, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Minor Surgeries, and Chronic Conditions.
Kathryn E. Blednick, CRNP, MS
Ms. Blednick is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where she received her MS degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is Board Certified by the ANCC in Family Medicine with over 20 years experience treating patients of all ages. Kathryn also served as an officer in the Air Force Reserves for 6 years, and has been a resident of Franklin County for over 20 years.
Nikki L. DeBoer, CRNP,
FNP-BC
Ms. DeBoer is Board Certified in Family Medicine with the AANP, and is a 2004 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical College School of Nursing. Nikki also served 7 years active duty Army and in the Army Reserves, and has extensive experience in Pain Management.
Amanda F. Brown, CRNP, FNP-BC
Amanda is Board Certified by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over 4 years’ experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner with emphasis on Geriatrics, and over 8 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse with emphasis in Hospital Pediatrics. She is a 2017 Magna cum laude graduate of Catholic University in Washington, D.C. with a Master of Science in Nursing, and a 2010 Honors graduate of Temple University School of Nursing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Tunya Witmer, CRNP,

We welcome Tunya Witmer as our newest team member! She is Board Certified by the AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and has over 12 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with over 20 years total experience in the medical field. Her Master’s Degree in the Science of Nursing is from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois. Tunya was born and raised in Greencastle, and is married with 4 children.
