Gary L. Gallo, M.D.
Dr. Gallo attended the Quillen School of Medicine at East Tennessee State University, where he attained his M.D. degree. He completed a 3 year residency in Family Practice at Latrobe Hospital, in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and is Board Certified in the specialty of Family Medicine.
Jacquelyn H. Clark, MD, MBA
Jacki joins us after recently completing a 3 year Family Practice Residency program at UPMC St. Margaret’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. She is a 2018 graduate of the Penn State College of Medicine and is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Her training provided emphasis on Hospital Medicine, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Minor Surgeries, and Chronic Conditions.
Nikki L. DeBoer, CRNP,

Ms. DeBoer is Board Certified in Family Medicine with the AANP, and is a 2004 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical College School of Nursing. Nikki also served 7 years active duty Army and in the Army Reserves, and has extensive experience in Pain Management.

We welcome Tunya Witmer as our newest team member! She is Board Certified by the AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and has over 12 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with over 20 years total experience in the medical field. Her Master’s Degree in the Science of Nursing is from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois. Tunya was born and raised in Greencastle, and is married with 4 children.
Lindsey K. Brown, CRNP,

We welcome Lindsey Brown as our newest team member! She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with over 14 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Lindsey received her Master degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, and her undergraduate BS nursing degree from Penn State University at University College campus.
